Shipping policy

All shoe orders will be processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day. We provide standard and expedited shipping options, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $[amount] within the US.

Once dispatched, you will get an email with tracking information to monitor delivery. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days; expedited shipping arrives in 2–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by carrier issues, weather or customs for international parcels.

We ship to selected countries. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees for international orders. Please double-check your shipping address before payment. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses. If your shoes arrive damaged, contact us with photos within 48 hours of receipt for support.
